Weird... If both tags work fine on a different device, then it's the fault of the device. It's generally difficult to have good nfc in a full meal body device. Maybe post the question over at oneplus.net in the forums.

have you tried rolling the ring over the spot where it registers? sometimes rolling the ring will help. Also try holding it ontop of the spot and turn it.

Will it register the ring if you hold it right on top of the camera lens?

Hmm... the titanium rings can be a bit trickier to read but it shouldn't be such a problem. Can you still remove the back of the opo3 or is it a metal unibody device?

Please ensure that NFC is enabled on your phone and test it with any NFC chip.

Can you please state what exactly you preordered and from where? I didn't see or hear anything about those rings. Sounds pretty cool...

I assume you'll need the same chip as your badge is using. Try scanning your badge with the nzxp tag info app and see what type of chip it is.

Someone from @NFC-Ring-Team will take care of it. I don't know why you ran into this issue. I've had contact with support multiple times without any issue. Replacements are quick any very easy.

That's really weird. You should have received an automatic response immediately. Maybe it was marked as spam by the helpdesk software...

Can you give us some more information? Are you located inside or outside us? did you use the international store or the us store?
If you're outside the us and used the international store there could be an hold up at customs.

There is no general answer to this question. It depends on the safe. The safe will need to support NFC.
