Got it working uninstalled the app and reinstalled...I seem to have missed a message last night. I hadn't turned off the stock android lock screen .

Already tried that...also tried the other ring same problem and the spare tags also same issue.

I have transparent for unlock and black for data they both make NFC ping in the nexus5 NFC settings its purely the unlock that doesn't work.

I've tried all the different hot spots on the nexus 5 to no avail i'm starting to succombe to the fact its a paper weight. I will just use it to hold little bits of data

Yip as far as I can see its all setup..pin and email logon both work..ring doesn't when I try to unlock phone.

Got my rings but having some issues...
When I go into the unlock app I setup my ring and test it..it gives me a tone to say its working (I'm assuming that's what it means anyway)
However when I actually enable the ring lock it never works and I always have to enter the gmail emails address and password to get back into my phone.
Any ideas?

Hi There,
Im in the list of people still awaiting their rings. The update mentions that you were considering allowing us to get in touch and change the rings so we get something. Id happily be up for swapping my rings to both be plain titanium with transparent inserts on both if that expedites the process of getting something...assuming that at somepoint I will still have the chance to get the Carbon Fiber i had originally ordered.

I gotta join in on this, I ordered 2 x Titanium rings with Carbon Fibre. Im aware this isnt happening and both myself and my mate who the other ring is for were very happy to have the transparent insert instead. Now having said that its been months since that change was instigated and as yet, no emails, no rings and tbh its beginning to go past the levels of "were having issues please bear with us"
I hate to moan publicly like this but If I had bought anything else and it took this long id have cancelled and went somewhere else by now, but I really do like the product and want to get it!
