It's probably because you have purchased a fake NFC Ring. Check out the real deal at https://store.nfcring.com. We can't really support poor quality fake products.

@ardhidoh: The R3 isn't a NFC Ring (look at the brand name) , it is a Jakcom Smart Ring. And out there you can buy also fake products...
