Possible malfunctioning tag

Hello all,
I got my rings from the 2016 Kickstarter and have been wearing the eclipse for a few months now daily. I just noticed the black side is no longer recognized by 3 of my devices. The other side works fine. Any ideas, or is it going to need replacing?

If it's not being recognised by multiple devices you're going to need to open a dialogue with support@nfcring.com and proceed through the returns process.
