Okay so I may have missed some thing here. but when I put in my order for the ring it was to have wood gain on one inlay and black on the other and been a black color to the medal.
My ring I got today has a white inlay, a black one and is silver.
Again I may have missed something along the way, but I just want to make sure.

Yes you did miss something :)
Have a look at the most recent kickstarter updates. Long story short, there is a problem creating the black plated rings so you've been given a free ring while they sort out production problems. -
